|
Carters steam fair was created in 1977 when John and Anna Carter bought The Gallopers. During the intervening years additional rides have been bought with several dating from pre-war. They have been beautifully restored by the family themselves and can be seen throughout the South of England from Spring to Autumn each year. Traditional show people's lorries are used including ERFs and Fodens from the modern era and erstwhile Atkinsons from 50's and 60's. |
